Attached Garage is a garage that is connected to the house and has an access door that would lead directly inside the house. Thru the years people always debated if it is better to have a detached or attached garage. Even thou modern day homebuilder prefer attached garage, I would like to elaborate the benefit of having an attached garage.
1. Convenient – This is perhaps the greatest reason why people choose attached garage. The convenient and time that it would save to get from your vehicle to your home in a fraction of a time.
2. Security – Eliminate the risk of being hold-up or get chase by an unruly dog when walking from your garage to your home. Once you parked your vehicle you are as secure as you would be inside your home.
3. Weather – You won’t be subjected to any weather condition, since you can enter your home from your garage thru an access door, all the time having a roof above your head.
4. Storage – The garage will provide you with extra storage space needed, where you can store items like soaps, tools, sport gears and etc.
5. Maintenance – Since it is part of your home, maintenance work would be much easier and cheaper like painting, cleaning and etc.
6. Design – Attached garage is very ideal when you have limited lot space and with proper architecture would complement to the overall beauty of your home.
